Arcade was founded by a Civil Engineer whose career began managing two leading aluminum companies. He then served as a Senior Inspection Engineer at Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing and certification.
There, he specialized in structural aluminum codes, architectural glass standards, and public safety regulations, inspecting high-rise towers, schools, shopping malls, and commercial complexes across Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.
